NZ Delivery Times

Standard Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all NZ orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders in a safe way.

Rural Delivery:

For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 2-5 days for delivery.

International Delivery times:

May vary according to specific Country.

 

Delivery Fees

 

Delivery is calculated as a flat fee for all orders. Fees are listed in NZD$ and include packaging and handling.

  • Nationwide Standard delivery @ $12.00

  • Nationwide Rural delivery @ $18.00

  • International Shipping @ $29.00

 

Order Tracking

 

To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.

If you don’t already have a NZ post account, you might want to sign up for one. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:

  • Subscribe to tracking alert emails

  • Redirect your parcel to another address

  • Redirect your parcel to a NZ Post pick-up point

  • Add special delivery instructions for the courier

Returns

At L3 APX Limited, we are committed to providing the highest quality supplements for our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange

 

  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened, partially used, or damaged products due to improper handling cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@l3apex.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return

 

  1. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item

 

  1. Shipping Your Return: Please pack your return securely and include a copy of your invoice or RA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or you received the wrong item

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

 

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product for another item, please let us know when initiating a return. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@L3apex.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.

 

Additional Information:

Returns without prior authorization or products returned outside the 30-day time-frame may not be accepted.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly through L3 APX Limited's official website. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the place of purchase according to their return policies.
